This was my first time reading this author. I really loved Virginia's personality. She brought color and excitement into Carlos's world. she spoke her mind and that alone through him off. He wasn't use to women like her. Virginia was a free spirit, were Carlos was distant at times. They brought out the best in each other and didn't know it. The intimacy between them was great too. I would definitely recommend this book. Looking forward to reading others romance by Ms. Pope.

HONEST REVIEW FOR COMPLIMENTARY ARC
Leila Hart is a football analyst extraordinaire with a huge secret. She is hired by a sports network as a sideline reporter. The players, coaches, and viewers adore her. Her questions are spot on and tough because she truly knows football.
Jackson Gray is Leila's mentor, boss and friend. He immediately realizes that Leila KNOWS football, but begins training her on the very basics to see how far she will let that farce fly. Their common knowledge of a sport they both love creates a deep friendship. The chemistry is off the charts, but they can't cross that line because they are work colleagues...or can they?
Violet Duke has written a humorous passionate story. As always, the characters feel like intimate personal friends. Ms. Duke, your wonderful story was worth the wait!

Good story and plot. Once I started reading, I couldn't put it down. However, this book needed a better editing...many mistakes throughout the book.
I loved this book. love is such a strong feeling and a happy feeling, finding someone to love and love you back is a blessing. He showed strength and courage to walk as way from this dream for the women he love.
Really enjoyed this book. The storyline was amazing. Loved the characters. Female character was strong and pulled Carlos out of his depression. Very well-written, love scenes were steamy.
I loved the book Mrs. Pope did a wonderful job writing this book because no matter if you're famous you always find love when you are not looking.
I love the story because I love Virginia's character is a bold take charge kinda person who doesn't always chose the safe route......great story loved it!!!!!
